Steps:
1. Solder components. Suggested order: D-Sub, USB shield middle leg, USB shield remaining legs/pins, RJ45.
2. Remove flux.
3. Connect dongle to jig, connect jig to Glasgow, run `glasgow script flash.py i2c-controller -V 3.3`.
4. Test against known good PROXmobil3 + autorun USB.
